Mr. Anand Kannaiah
Mr. Anand Kannaiah is the Managing Director of Lucky Sky Travel. He is a qualified and experienced travel Director with wide and in-depth knowledge of the local tourism and hospitality industry. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a Major in Corporate Secretary ship from the University of Madras in India. In addition to the above, Mr. Kannaiah also completed the Advanced Airline and Travel Agency program from the institute of Airlines and Travel Agencies in 1999. Mr. Kannaiah also successfully underwent the IATA/UFTAA Standard Course from the International Air Transport Association Universal Federation of Travel Agents in 2000. In 2001, Mr. Kannaiah attended and successfully completed the Travel Agents Software Training Program as well as the ABACUS Basic Functions from ABACUS. In the same year, Mr. Kannaiah also received training in Amadeus Software through Amadeus in India. In 2003, Mr. Kannaiah accomplished the Galileo Central System Course at Galileo (India) and further trained in the Galileo Computer Reservation Course from Galileo Southern Africa in 2007.
Mr. Kannaiah worked for several organisations in the travel industry since 2000. He has worked for several organisations that include Anna International Airport, (Chennai, India), Arunlekha Travels (Chennai, India) as a travel consultant, Skylink Travel Botswana from 2003 to 2011 and Lucky Sky Travel, where is the sitting Managing Director.
Mr. Peifeng Huang
Mr. Peifeng Huang has been with the business from its inception in 2006 when it assisted mainly the Chinese community in Botswana with making travel and accommodation arrangements. At that time, the business had not yet been formally set up as a limited liability company. Mr. Huang has extensive knowledge of commerce in general and has over the years accumulated knowledge and expertise from working in this sector in that senior management position. Mr. Huang successfully completed the Galileo full reservation course in 2010. Mr. Huang has other business interests outside Lucky Sky Travel. He is however, involved in the day to day operations of Lucky Sky Travel.
Mr. Abdul Nsengiyumva
Abdul Nsengiyumva is an accomplished Motswana entrepreneur and founder of many successful businesses in Botswana. He holds several Directorships of running businesses in the Clothing Retail and Transport Logistics sectors, amongst them Arowana (Pty) Ltd, Indigo Holdings (Pty) Ltd (T/A Yappies), O & B Trading (Pty) Ltd (with two branches T/A Yappies Kagiso Centre and Escape Game City Mall) (in partnership with the owner of Nandos Botswana. He is also a Director of Mallet (Pty) Ltd, a company dealing in Transport & Logistics.
He is an effective thinker and planner and has extensive knowledge of commerce accumulated from operating businesses throughout his entire working life. He is a high net worth businessman and is respected in the business circles.
Ms Evelyn Saindi
An IATA qualified long-term member of the travel industry and has accumulated many years of experience and expertise providing a world class customer service to clientele. She has acquired the following qualifications, IATA TRAVEL AGENTS MANAGEMENT DIPLOMA diploma with IATA montreal Canada IATA BILLING AND SETTLEMENT PLAN CERTIFICATE –South Africa,AMADEUS FULL COURSE- Amadeus Southern Africa,IATA TRAVEL AGENTS MARKETING DIPLOMA diploma with IATA montreal Canada.,GALILEO and AMADEUS COMPUTER RESERVATION SYSTEM, INTERNATIONAL TOURISM,Professional Qualification at CITY & GUILDS OF LONDON. She has Handled major contracts with SADC SECRERIAT and projects, she has worked with EU AND UNHRC travel management contracts.
The directors have researched extensively on the viability of the diverse businesses and share a common passion for growing the business in future.
